All delegates who require a visa to enter India are required to submit their passport/travel document copies through our secured portal by 15 June 2026. You may note that the date of confirmation of acceptance of the revised extended abstract is 31 May 2026. As per Govt. of India norms, it is a mandatory requirement to submit the particulars six months before the conference to get individual clearance. The link for submitting the details:
